Is Neurofeedback Safe?

A clear explanation of what non-invasive brain training means.

Non-invasive and drug-free

Neurofeedback uses sensors to read brainwave activity and provide feedback. It does not involve needles, medication, implanted devices, or direct electrical stimulation of the brain.

Important: neurofeedback should not replace medical care or mental health treatment when those are needed. It is best understood as brain training and wellness support.

What it is not

No needles
No medication
No brain stimulation
No implant

Screening matters

Health history, goals, symptoms, and medications should be reviewed before training begins.

Personalization matters

Protocols should be selected based on the person, not a one-size-fits-all template.

Feedback matters

Clients should report how they feel between sessions so training can be adjusted.
